Acta miscellanea, 1333-1809.

Consists primarily of extracts from, or copies of, Acta Camerarii (ID VATV257-A) and Acta Vicecancellarii (ID VATV258-A), with some minutes of consistorial acts; contains information on provisions, but also can be used as a diary of curia activities. Volumes are widely different in character. Some record only decisions or selected decisions and others provide in- depth accounts of consistory proceedings. Volume 70 contains a selection of materials from 1333 regarding the Consistory, including who attended meetings, synopsis of orations by legates, and so forth. MacFarlane notes that the earliest volumes of this series (though mostly copies) are particularly valuable for medieval consistorial provisions.
